Seamless Aesthetics & Wellness was founded by a healthcare professional with deep roots in clinical medicine and a clear vision for elevating aesthetic care in metro Atlanta. Tishana Gardener, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and co-founder of Seamless Aesthetics & Wellness in Downtown Decatur, Georgia. She earned both her Bachelor and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Miami and spent over seven years in high-acuity clinical care, including pediatric and adult intensive care units. Internationally trained in advanced aesthetics, Tishana holds elite certifications from leading aesthetic centers in London, Los Angeles, Miami, and New York. This global training allows her to deliver results that are refined, evidence-based, and natural-looking. She personally oversees all treatments, protocols, and patient safety standards at Seamless. The practice operates in collaboration with (surgeon) Dr. Stephen Jones, ensuring medical oversight, regulatory compliance, and the highest level of patient care.

Tishana Gardener - Founder & Injector, Seamless Aesthetics and Wellness
Tishana has always seen beauty in the details.
Born in Jamaica and raised in South Florida, she grew up surrounded by people from every background and culture. From a young age she learned to see the beauty in those differences, and that perspective follows her into every consultation she has today.
She is a two-time honors graduate of the University of Miami, holding both her BSN and MSN in Nursing. She built her clinical foundation in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at UCLA, where caring for children at their most vulnerable taught her that precision and compassion are never separate things. That lesson has never left her.
Aesthetics became the space where her love of science and beauty finally met. She trained in London, New York, Miami, Los Angeles, and San Francisco, gaining real hands-on experience across every skin tone, facial structure, and body type. She is fluent in Spanish and brings the same ease and attentiveness to every patient regardless of background.
When you sit across from Tishana, you feel it immediately. She listens before she plans. She asks the right questions. She takes the time to understand not just what you want but why you want it. Her patients describe her as warm, approachable, and someone they trust completely.

Sofya is a licensed medical esthetician specializing in personalized, results-driven skin care across all stages of life. Extensive experience in treating all skin concerns, including peri- and post-menopausal skin, aging and pigmentation. Her expertise includes cosmeceuticals, pharmaceutical-grade skincare, microneedling, chemical resurfacing, and regenerative treatments, with a focus on safe, natural-looking results. She is deeply committed to client education and ongoing professional development, ensuring each treatment plan is thoughtful, evidence-based, and designed to support long-term skin health.

Leonardo Zulueta - Director of Operations
Mr. Zulueta is a co-founder of Seamless Aesthetics & Wellness, bringing a strong background in marketing, sales operations, and strategic growth. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and has over 10 years of experience developing customized sales systems and training programs for Fortune 500 companies. His corporate expertise supports the operational excellence, structure, and scalability of the practice. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Mr. Zulueta helps ensure clear communication and culturally responsive care for a diverse clientele, allowing Seamless to better serve patients across a wide range of backgrounds.

Dr. Stephen Jones - Medical Director
Dr. Stephen Jones is a board-certified General Surgeon with over a decade of clinical experience and a distinguished academic and surgical training background. A graduate of Northeast Ohio Medical University, Dr. Jones completed his general surgery residency at Northside Medical Center and Western Reserve Health Education, where he served as Chief Resident. He subsequently completed an Advanced Gastrointestinal Surgery Fellowship at The Valley Hospital and Mount Sinai Comprehensive Cancer Center in New Jersey — one of the country’s leading cancer centers.
Throughout his career, Dr. Jones has provided surgical care across hospital systems nationwide, bringing a standard of clinical precision and patient safety that extends across every discipline he touches. As Medical Director of Seamless Aesthetics & Wellness, Dr. Jones provides physician-level medical oversight of clinical protocols and care standards in accordance with Georgia law, ensuring every service offered at our practice meets the highest benchmark of safety and medical integrity.
